A Wisconsin creator films a 'what I eat in a day' two weeks before her wedding. Breakfast is an iced latte made with Fairlife reduced-fat milk and a Greek yogurt bowl with vanilla protein powder, frozen blueberries, granola, peanut butter, cinnamon and sea salt. Lunch is 'breakfast again': two fried eggs, Canadian bacon, and sourdough toast with cream cheese and jelly. Her afternoon snack is a Fulfil chocolate salted caramel protein bar. For dinner she and her fiancé go out for Neapolitan pizza, and she has the Margherita. On the way home they stop at a fair, where she gets a big dill pickle and a drink.

Breakfast: latte and yogurt bowl

Good 583 kcal

Breakfast is an iced latte plus a Greek yogurt bowl with protein powder, blueberries, granola and peanut butter.

A protein powerhouse, with blueberries bringing fibre to the party.

“Wedding planning runs on espresso, and this bowl agrees.”

Iced latte (espresso over ice with Fairlife reduced-fat milk)1 glass: about 2 espresso shots over ice plus about 120 ml milk · 180 g
Why this estimate

Ninja espresso machine. The milk is Fairlife 2% ultra-filtered, about 1/3 of the glass. No syrup is seen or mentioned.

Greek yogurt bowl (plain Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, frozen wild blueberries, granola, peanut butter, cinnamon and sea salt)1 bowl: about 200 g yogurt, 1 scoop (30 g) protein powder, 3/4 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup granola, about 1 tbsp peanut butter · 381 g
Why this estimate

Yogurt is assumed to be nonfat plain (the label says 17 g protein per serving). The peanut butter is said but not shown being added, so 1 tbsp of Jif is assumed. Cinnamon and salt add almost nothing.

Lunch: eggs, bacon and toast

Mixed 540 kcal

Lunch is breakfast again: two fried eggs, Canadian bacon, and sourdough toast with cream cheese and jelly.

Solid protein, but the jelly toast leans on refined carbs and sugar.

“Breakfast for lunch: the most honest rerun on television.”

Snack: Fulfil protein bar

Mixed 160 kcal

The afternoon snack is a chocolate salted caramel protein bar.

Handy protein boost, wrapped in candy-bar sweetness.

“A dessert wearing a gym membership as a disguise.”

FoodAtkcal PCFFibre
Fulfil chocolate salted caramel protein bar1 bar · 40 g
Why this estimate

The wrapper says 15 g protein. Figures are typical for a 40 g US Fulfil bar, and some of the carbs are polyols.

Dinner: Margherita pizza

Mixed 850 kcal

Dinner is a date night out for Neapolitan pizza, and she goes with a classic Margherita.

Simple, fresh ingredients, but plenty of refined crust and saturated fat.

“Tomato, mozzarella, basil: technically counts as a salad with a crust.”

FoodAtkcal PCFFibre
Neapolitan Margherita pizza1 whole personal pizza, about 30 cm, 4 quarters · 400 g
Why this estimate

Tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, basil and a drizzle of olive oil. Her fiancé had a separate pizza.

Snack: fair pickle and a drink

Mixed 113 kcal

On the way home they hit a fair for a giant dill pickle and a drink.

The pickle is light, but the sodium and likely alcohol add up.

“Of all the fair foods, she picked the pickle. Bold.”

FoodAtkcal PCFFibre
Large dill pickle (fair)1 jumbo whole pickle, about 15 cm · 150 g
Why this estimate

Very high in sodium but has almost no calories.

0:31 18 14 02
Drink at the fair (likely a light beer such as Busch Light)1 can, 12 oz · 355 g · low confidence
Why this estimate

She says only that they got 'a drink'. The only drinks seen are silver light-beer cans with a mountain graphic, held by her fiancé, so the type is a guess.
