A "What I Eat in a Day" video from an oil-free, whole-food vegan mum who follows the Starch Solution and narrates it herself. Breakfast was rolled oats with blueberries, soaked in hot water from a kettle. At work she snacked on an apple, bananas, some sea moss gel and, after the power went out, cucumbers. A jar of tea with fruit slices also appears during the day. At home she ate a big takeout-style salad (spinach and lettuce with roasted red pepper, green pepper, kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, onion and a brown seeded dressing) and a Japanese sweet potato. She finished with her chocolate "evening beverage", made from oat milk powder, plant protein, cacao and turmeric/maca supplements mixed into water.
