A short "what I eat in a day" clip with an anti-inflammatory theme. They build a bowl: roasted sweet potato and quinoa, topped with browned ground beef, a spoonful of cottage cheese, diced avocado, a drizzle of honey, sriracha and Trader Joe's pickled red onions. They drink an Olipop Strawberry Vanilla poured over ice; it looks creamy, so something milky was probably added. Later they have a mug of organic mint tea and a cup of 365 Whole Foods plain unsweetened kefir. The audio is only music, so every amount is judged by eye or taken from the package.

Drink: Olipop and mint tea

Good 77 kcal

A strawberry vanilla Olipop poured over ice and looking strangely creamy, plus a mug of mint tea later on.

Prebiotic fibre and barely any added sugar make this soda surprisingly decent.

“The soda turned beige off camera, and nobody's explaining.”

Olipop Strawberry Vanilla prebiotic soda over ice1 can (12 fl oz / 355 ml) · 355 g

Milk or cream added to the Olipop (not seen being poured)A splash, about 2 tbsp (assumed) · 30 g · low confidence
Why this estimate

The finished drink is opaque and beige, so something creamy was probably added. Counted as about 2 tbsp of half-and-half. It could be milk, a plant milk or cream.
