A UK bulking full day of eating with no speech. An on-screen card gives calories and macros for each meal. Breakfast is two toasted bagels: two halves topped with fried eggs and the other two made into a peanut butter and jam sandwich. Lunch is white rice with a salmon fillet, peas and a drizzle of sweet soy/teriyaki-style sauce. The snack is a Myvegan Clear Vegan Protein (lemon & lime) shake with a bar of milk chocolate and an apple. Dinner is two jacket potatoes topped with tuna, baked beans, mixed vegetables and grated cheese. Dessert is a yogurt bowl with frozen raspberries, crushed meringue and a drizzle of honey. Portions were set so each meal comes close to its on-screen card.
