A 19-year-old's sponsored "what I eat in a day" video, framed around eating enough and including a Thrive Market haul. Breakfast was a protein Greek yogurt bowl with almond butter, frozen berries, Three Wishes cereal and nuts, plus a decaf whole-milk iced latte. For snacks she had items from the Thrive box: two JoJo's dark chocolate pretzels, a Whims caramel cookie bar and a B.T.R. Nation Recharge bar. Lunch was sourdough three ways: a turkey, cheese and mayo sandwich, avocado toast and buttered toast. She followed it with a turkey and cheese lettuce wrap. In the afternoon she ate about a third of a small store-bought sprinkle cake. Dinner was leftover steak, roasted sweet potato and carrots, quinoa, a lot of tahini, and half an avocado. Before bed she had a dessert yogurt bowl (two yogurts, ice cream, Simple Mills cookies, chocolate pieces, nut butter) and a whole-milk tea.

What I eat in a day 🍰 I’ve been learning to choose nourishment over restriction ✨ For so long I thought I had to control everything I ate to be “healthy”… but now I’m realizing that taking care of the body God gave me means fueling it with love, not fear. Food is a gift—not something to feel guilty about 🍞🥑 It’s okay to enjoy meals, to eat enough, and to feel peace around food. This is me choosing grace over guilt and honoring God in how I care for myself 🤍 “So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” – 1 Corinthians 10:31 ✝️ #whatieatinaday #wieiad #whatieatinadayrealistic #whatieat #healthyeating #healthyrecipes #fulldayofeating #fdoe
