A realistic 'what I eat in a day' video, apparently from Germany (dm honey, spraga kombucha). Breakfast was a bagel spread with hummus and cottage cheese, topped with two fried eggs, with cucumber spears on the side. Through the day she ate watermelon from a big bowl, had an iced decaf vanilla latte and a slice of braided sweet bread with honey, then went back for more watermelon and ate a banana. The main meal was spaghetti with red pesto, diced tomato, mozzarella and grated parmesan. After that came a pomegranate kombucha, frozen green grapes, and a Nuii salted caramel macadamia ice cream bar for dessert.
