A realistic 'what I eat in a day' video from someone working a 9-5 office job. Breakfast was meal-prepped baked oats topped with raspberry chia jam. They also had a coffee they didn't film. Lunch at the desk was their regular glass meal-prep box of white rice, sauced pan-fried tofu and sautéed mushrooms, and they drank from a bottle of water. Before getting home they had a little chocolate chip muffin for dessert. Dinner was a soybean paste stew (doenjang jjigae) made from a frozen soup kit, eaten with a bowl of white rice and kimchi. Their mom gave them a griddled arepa with cheese as a nightcap.
