A "what I eat in a day" ASMR short with on-screen time stamps. At 8 am she makes a capsule coffee with milk. At 1 pm she eats a takeaway kale Caesar salad with croutons, parmesan, red pepper and what look like chicken pieces. At 8 pm she cooks a Thai-style stir-fry: Thai Gold rice noodles with fried tofu or paneer cubes, green beans, chilli, red onion, carrot, green pepper and baby corn in a red chilli sauce. At 9 pm she has a single-serve tub of tiramisu for dessert.

Lunch: kale Caesar salad

Mixed 490 kcal

Lunch is a big takeaway kale Caesar salad with chicken, croutons, parmesan and creamy dressing.

Solid protein and fibre, but that creamy dressing is mostly fat.

“It's a salad, technically. The dressing would like a word.”

Dessert: tiramisu pot

Sweet little pot of added sugar and saturated fat. Worth it, though.

“Ending the day the way it started: with coffee, just creamier.”
