A Dubai 'what I eat in a day' desk vlog. In the morning she has soaked almonds and walnuts, a tumbler of coffee and a box of cherries. Lunch is homemade quinoa, beetroot and paneer patties with a cup of Greek yoghurt. Her afternoon snacks are a bottle of coconut water, Freakin Healthy chocolate coconut protein bites and a box of cubed dragon fruit. She drinks from a large Al Ain water bottle through the day until it is finished, and takes supplements twice.
