Mixed 720 kcal

Breakfast is an oat milk matcha latte, plus toast piled with whipped ricotta, matcha cream and a few raspberries.

Pretty plate, but the heavy cream adds lots of saturated fat.

“Matcha in the cup, matcha on the toast, matcha in the soul.”

Matcha latte with oat milk1 cup (~240 ml): 1 heaped tsp matcha whisked with a little water, topped with ~200 ml frothed oat milk · 240 g
