Plantiful Kiki's plant-based, mostly raw 'what I eat in a day' for thyroid healing. She starts the morning with a big glass of lemon water and then a big glass of fresh celery juice. Before breakfast she takes her herbal tinctures (Dr. Morse glycerin extracts) in a little water. Breakfast is a bowl of chopped bananas, apple, pear and dates with cinnamon on top, plus a mug of tea. Mid-morning she has a big bowl of green grapes. Lunch is a huge salad of mixed greens and sprouts with tomato, cucumber, red onion and sliced black olives, dressed with her homemade plant-based ranch. In the afternoon she has a bowl of banana, pineapple and golden kiwi. Dinner is a big bowl of roasted potatoes with tomato, red onion, her vegan cheese sauce, green hot sauce and cilantro.
